This website belongs to Celestique Dental & Aesthetics, a dental and aesthetics clinic in Bahria Town, Lahore. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you share with us through the website.

We keep this simple. The website itself does not have user accounts, and it does not store your enquiries in a database.

• Enquiry form: you enter your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and, if you wish, your email and a preferred date. When you press the button, the website opens WhatsApp with these details already typed into a message to the clinic. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. We use the details only to reply to you and to arrange your visit.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you message or call us directly, we see your number and what you write, and we use it to reply. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.
• Website assistant: the messages you type are sent to our server and then to Google's Gemini AI service, which writes the reply. We do not keep a record of your chats on this website. Please do not type medical history, ID numbers or other sensitive details into the assistant. Google's own terms govern how it handles what it receives.

If it is switched on, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how often visitors tap the WhatsApp and call buttons. It records things like the pages you view and your device type, using cookies, and does not tell us who you are. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.

The website itself only stores a few small settings in your browser: your light or dark theme choice, how many assistant questions you have used today, and short-lived notes (for example, that you have already seen an offer pop-up) so the same message is not shown again. These stay on your device and are not used to track you.

Staff who manage the website sign in to a private admin area, which uses a sign-in cookie. Visitors never receive it.

To run the website we rely on a few outside services. Each handles some data to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the website and stores the photos and videos we upload. Like any host, it keeps technical server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Google Maps: the map on our contact page loads only after you tap it. Once it loads, Google receives a request from your device and may set its own cookies.
• Google provides the review photos shown on our pages, so your browser contacts Google's servers to display them.
• Google Gemini writes the assistant's replies, as described above.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in the clinic's chat history for as long as we need them to look after you and run the clinic. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own rules.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete our chat with you. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. You can also clear your browser's stored data or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website works without them.

This website is meant for adults. If you are booking for a child, please contact us as the parent or guardian.

If we change how the website handles your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
